Donald Lee Duggan

Donald Lee Duggan, 77, of Shawnee, died Friday, September 18, 2015 at his home. Services will be 10:00 a.m. Thursday, September 24, 2015 at St. Benedict’s Catholic Church with Father Long Phan officiating. Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery. Rosary will be Wednesday, September 23, 2015 at 7 P.M. at the Church. Don was born February 15, 1938 in Waxahachie, Texas. Born to Oscar Lee Wilson and Lucille Catherine Nowakowski, he was later adopted and raised by David and Cecilia Duggan. He attended St. Benedict’s and St. Gregory’s. Don served in the U.S. Air Force, and retired as Deputy Director of Logistics, Scott AFB, Illinois. He was married to Carolyn Hatton and was a member of the VFW and Elks. He is survived by his Wife: Carolyn; Sons and daughters-in-law: Donald Lee, Jr. and Angie Duggan of Owasso, Ok; Edward Dean & Angie Duggan of Prague, Okla, and Chris & Angela Duggan of Prague, Okla; Grandchildren: Christa Duggan, Cory & Mae Duggan, Zack & Robin Duggan, Todd & Iris Duggan, Clay & Heather Duggan, Jake & Mallory Duggan, and Scott & Sarah Duggan; Great Grandchildren: Kyler, Kyrie, Corbin, Corpus, Angelic, Star, Sky, Aubrey, Natalie, Colton, Trinity, Ariel & Scooter; Sister: Regina Duggan of Prague; Brother: Paul Wilson and wife Carol of Corpus Christi, Tx; Sister-in-law: Betty Garez and niece Jackie; Friends and Neighbors including Alfred & Robbie Brannon, Tom Hammond & Family.
