Tony Lynn McDaneil

McLoud resident, Tony Lynn McDaniel, 56, died Sunday, November 22, 2015 at his home. Services will be 10:00 A.M. Wednesday, November 25, 2015 at McLoud United Methodist Church with Rev. Charles King officiating. Burial will follow at Dale Cemetery under the direction of Walker Funeral Service. Tony was born June 26, 1959 in Shawnee, Oklahoma the son of Marland and Mary Jane McDaniel. He graduated from McLoud High School in 1977. On April 2, 1992 he married Paula (Benedix). Tony retired from Tinker Air Force Base where he had been a welder and supervisor. He was a member of McLoud United Methodist Church and enjoyed going to the lake, fishing, building things, and spending time with his grandkids. He was preceded in death by his mother, Mary Jane, and his grandparents. Survivors include: Wife: Paula McDaniel of the home; 4 Children: Kevin Morgan and wife Susan of Harrah, Jeremy Morgan and wife Brandy of McLoud, Brent McDaniel of McLoud, and Brad McDaniel of Stillwater; 7 Grandchildren: Riley, Madisyn, Gavyn, Easton, Jaxson, Braydon, and Bryce; 1 Brother: Jodie McDaniel and wife Karen of Edmond; his Father: Marland McDaniel of McLoud; and several other family members and friends.
