McLoud resident, Howard Joseph Rayner, Jr., 78, died Sunday, November 22, 2015 at his home.
Services will be 10:00 a.m. Friday, November 27, 2015 at St. Benedict Catholic Church. Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery.
Howard was born November 14, 1937 in Lake Orion, Michigan to Howard Joseph, Sr. & Hazel Augusta (McCown) Rayner. On October 5, 1963 he married Ardis Janice Miller in Carson City, Nevada, and had lived in the area since 1983. Howard retired from General Motors after 32 years as a welder. He was a member of the St. Benedict Catholic Church.
He was preceded in death by his parents, 2 sisters: Margret Rayner Green and Nellie Marie Rayner, and a brother: Alfred Rayner.
He is survived by his wife, Ardis Janice Rayner of the home; 5 Sons & Daughters-in-Law: Howard Rayner, Jr. & Kathy, and Mark & Debbie Rayner – all of Michigan; Craig & Brenda Rayner of Edmond, Scott & Ava Rayner of Bethel and Kirk & Ruthie Rayner of Edmond; Daughter & Son-in-Law: Deidra & Carlton Scott of Bethel; 14 Grandchildren and 12 Great-Grandchildren.
