Dragutin Stan Kroeling

(Dragutin) Stan Kroeling, 76, of Shawnee, passed away Wednesday, July 27 in an Oklahoma City hospital. Services will be 10:00 a.m. Saturday, July 30 at St. Benedict Catholic Church with Fr. Joseph P. Schwarz officiating. Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery. Stan was born December 14, 1939 to Stefan & Theresia Kroeling in Belgrade Yugoslavia. He came to the United States in 1956. He met and married Katherine (Brown) Kroeling May 18, 1957. They had three daughters - Elizabeth Simpson, Julie Ann (Kroeling) Hale (deceased) and Roberta Kay Kroeling (deceased). Those left to remember him with so much love are Wife, Katherine, Daughter Elizabeth Simpson, Grandchildren – Heather Gilmore (Chad), Kieth W. Hale, Jr. (Andrea) and Christopher Simpson (Jeanie). Great-Grandchildren: Chad JR Gilmore, Julieann Gilmore, Gracyn Simpson, and Evy Simpson. Brothers and Sisters-in-Law, and other family members, and so many wonderful friends. Stan loved everybody, and I think they loved him back.
