Julie Lynn Zemke

Julie Lynn Zemke passed away Tuesday, August 9, 2016 at the age of 55. Julie, daughter to Joan and Glen Zemke was born February 24, 1961 in Racine, WI. Julie was a sweet, gentle and generous soul while having suffered most of her life with schizophrenia. She loved spending time with family and friends. Julie was a resident of Shawnee, Ok. She graduated from Shawnee High School in 1979 and also attended Oklahoma Christian College and The University of Oklahoma. She is survived by her mother, Joan Zemke and sister, Linda Kane. She was preceded in death by her father, Glen Zemke. A memorial service will be held 10:00 a.m. Saturday, August 20, at Redeemer Lutheran Church of which she was a member.
