Carolyn Mae Phillips, 66, of Cookson, Oklahoma died Tuesday, September 6, 2016 in Shawnee, OK. Memorial Services will be 2:00 P.M. Saturday, September 10, 2016 at Walker Funeral Service. Carolyn Mae Phillips was born March 8, 1950 in Barstow, California to Louis Freeman and Vonnie (Howard) Freeman. She graduated from Bethel High School in 1968. She married Larry Wilkins in 1967. She later married Jack Phillips. She worked much of her life as a homemaker but also worked at Mission Hill Hospital. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, traveling, camping, being at the lake, and her dog, Lucy. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband: Jack, brother: Leon Freeman, and a grandchild: Kassidy. Survived by: 2 Children: Kim Murry of Shawnee, Kathy Jones and husband R.J. of Shawnee, 2 Grandchildren: Chris Tucker, Kyle Koch, 2 Great-Grandchildren: Hazel and Alivia, Brother: Pat Freeman and wife Dixie of Bethel, Sister: Pam Briggs and husband Terry of North Richland Hills, TX, Best Friend and Companion: Bob McLaughlin of Cookson, OK, Sister-in-law: LaDonna Freeman, And several other family and friends.
