T.J. Myers

Thomas James “T.J.” Myers, 71, of Shawnee, Oklahoma died Thursday, September 8, 2016 at his residence. Graveside Memorial Services will be 11:00 a.m. Friday, September 16, 2016 at Tecumseh Cemetery with Rev. Ben Little officiating. T.J. was born February 15, 1945 in Shawnee, OK to Ogle & Hazel Myers. He was a graduate of Shawnee High School and served in the United States Army. He worked for ARCO Pipeline Co in the oil & gas industry, and later in Buick and Mercedes auto sales in Dallas, TX. He enjoyed collecting vintage cars, antiques and Native American art. T.J. was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his Daughter: Andrea Brown of Shawnee, 2 Grandchildren: Jack Brown and Emily Brown – both of Shawnee, a Sister: Janet Patterson of Texas, and numerous cousins, other family members and friends.
