Cynthia Sue Ellis-Wapskineh, 24, of Shawnee, died Sunday, October 2, 2016 in Shawnee. Wake Services will be 7:00 P.M. Tuesday at First Indian Baptist Church with Jimmy Anderson officiating. Funeral Services will be 2:00 P.M. Wednesday at First Indian Baptist Church with Jessie Hernandez officiating. A lunch will be served at noon on Wednesday at the church. Burial will follow at Buck Cemetery near Wewoka, OK. Cynthia Sue Ellis-Wapskineh was born December 6, 1991 in Ada, Oklahoma to Jackson Ellis and Glenda (Wapskineh). Her mother called her “Birthday Baby” because they share the same birthday. She attended Shawnee High School. Cynthia was baptized in Lawton, OK. She enjoyed listening to music and dancing and spending time with her nieces. Preceded in death by a sister: Rhonda Ellis, Grandmother: Pauline Wapskineh, uncles: Terry and Andrew Jr. Wapskineh, and an aunt: LaQuita Jean Ellis. Survived by: Mother: Glenda Wapskineh, Father: Jackson Ellis, 3 Sons and 1 Daughter, Sister: Paula Ellis, Brother: Uriah Wapskineh, And several nieces, cousins, other family and friends.
