Shalah (Rice) Rowlen, 89, passed away Thursday, January 12, 2017.Services will be Sunday, January 15, at the Sac and Fox Community Building in Stroud. Shalah's body will be available for viewing at 3:00 P.M., Sunday, January 15. Graveside services will be at 9:00 A.M. Monday at the Rice Family Cemetery in Meeker.
