Betty Jane Perrier

Betty Jane Perrier, 91, of Shawnee, Oklahoma, died Sunday, February 19, 2017 at her home The family will be at Walker Funeral Service on Thursday from 5pm to 7pm to receive friends.  Graveside services will be 12:00P.M. Friday, February 24, 2017 at Ft. Gibson National Cemetery in Ft. Gibson, OK with Paula Carney officiating.  Betty Jane Perrier was born November 13, 1925 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to Abe Ned and Lena (Carr) Ned.  She married Roger Perrier, who preceded her in death in 1994.  She worked most of her life as a health care provider.   She enjoyed sewing, entertaining friends and family at her home, and spending time with her grandchildren.  She was fun loving, hospitable, giving, and patient. Preceded in death by her parents, husband, 9 siblings, a grandson: Nicholas Bright, and a son-in-law: Joe Davidson.  Survived by 5 Daughters: Shirley Greenfield and husband Dwight of Shawnee, Edith Arlene Smith and husband Howard of Coalgate, Wanda Davidson of Ada, Jennifer Murray and husband Tommy of Mustang, and Nancy Cohin and husband Bill of Ada; 9 Grandchildren, 14 Great-Grandchildren, 6 Great-Great-Grandchildren, and several nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
