Geneva Rhea Davis

Geneva Rhea Davis was born to George and Roxie Ferguson on February 28, 1921 in Oklahoma.  They moved to Byars, Oklahoma when she entered first grade.  She graduated Salutatorian from Vamoosa High School in 1939.  Geneva was one of seven children, she married Leonard Earl Davis on May 23, 1942, they introduced their daughter Glenda Ruth Dockery into the world on March 4, 1943. Geneva is preceded in death by her husband who died in 2000, granddaughter Cindy Dockrey-King in 2016, two sisters, Prudy and Ruth, four brothers, Elmer, Bill, Cecil, and Charles. She is survived by her daughter Glenda and husband Larry, two grandchildren, Sherry Haslam and Garry Dockrey, four great grandchildren, Amanda, Kayla, Kendra, and Summer, and six great great grandchildren, Mylee, Memphis, MacKynlee, Piper, Marley, and Kynslee, along with many beloved nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be 2:00 p.m. Thursday, February 23, 2017 at Resthaven Memorial Park.  She is loved and missed dearly.
