Richard Allan Fleming

Richard Allan Fleming,  45, of Shawnee, died Tuesday, March 21, 2017 at his home.Services will be 2:00 p.m. Friday, March 24, 2017 at  Walker Funeral Chapel with Donna Morton officiating.  Burial will follow in Fairview Cemetery. Richard was born November 29, 1971 in Shawnee, OK to Chris & Janis Fleming.  He worked as a painter for Jimmy Farris Painting.   On January 13, 1995 he married Stephanie Mullens.  Richard enjoyed being outdoors.  He loved camping, fishing and hunting.  For the past 3 ½ years he enjoyed teaching his son to fish and hunt.  He also enjoyed spending time and growing up at family land of north and south pond.He was preceded in death by granddad, Darrell Lane, uncle, Duane Lane, and grandparents, Bill & Mary Fleming. Richard is survived by his wife Stephanie and son, Colton, of the home; Mom & Dad: Chris & Janis Fleming of the home; Brother: Michael & his wife Christina Fleming of Shawnee; Nephew: Brandon Mullens of Mead, OK; Mother & Father-in-Law: Donald & Helen Mullens of Mead, OK; Brother-in-law & Sister-in-Law: Earl & Stacie Kennedy of Mead, OK; Nieces: Ella Kennedy, Paisley and Raena Mullens, all of Mead, OK; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
