Frank Alan Loman, 59, of Shawnee, OK, died Monday, April 3, 2017 at his home.Services will be 2:00 p.m. Thursday, April 6, 2017 at Blackburn Chapel Baptist Church with Rev. Larry Sparks officiating. Burial will follow in Resthaven Memorial Park. Frank was born June 4, 1957 in Shawnee, OK to Roy Kay Loman, Sr. & Mary Lou Loman. He graduated from Shawnee High School. On April 24, 1976 he married Linda (Warren) Loman. From 1976-1998 he worked for OG&E, and was Construction Operations Manager from 2000-2014 with the City of Shawnee. Frank enjoyed raising his cows and tending to his bees. He spent 19 years officiating baseball, 15 years officiating football, served as OSSAA Area Coordinator for 5 years, served 1 year as Vice President for the Oklahoma Officials Associations Board, as well as 1 year as President, Oklahoma Officials Associations 2003 All State Game, and in April 1992 he was the Bethel Acres Lion Club Citizen of the year, and was Shawnee Football Association Assigner from 2002-2016. He organized the building of the Park Project for the Bethel Community in 1992. He is survived by his wife, Linda Loman, Daughter & Son-in-Law: Jennifer & Scott Epperley, and their children: Peyton Epperley and Avery Epperley, Son: Nick Loman and his children: Emily Loman, Gracie Loman, and Callie Loman, 2 Brothers: Roy Loman, Jr. and Kenny Loman, Niece & her husband: Melody & Chris Burgin, and their children: Christopher and Shyanne Burgin, Niece: Starrlynn Asami and wife Devony, and Cousins: Charles and Mary Ann Earls.
