Alfred Conrad Baade, Sr.

McLoud resident Alfred C. Baade Sr., 90, died Saturday, May 13, 2017 in Shawnee.   Services will be 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, May 17, 2017 at Walker Funeral Service Chapel with Rev. Russell Hughes officiating.  Burial will be at the Lutheran Cemetery in McLoud.   He was born November 26, 1926 in McLoud, Oklahoma to Conrad Herman Baade and Margaret Ann (Tischer) Baade.  He graduated from McLoud High School where he played basketball.  On August 16, 1948 he married Rosalee (Hicks).  He worked most of his life as a farmer and rancher.  He enjoyed fishing and hunting.   He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother: Herbert Baade, and 2 sisters: Margaret Stettler and Ruth Baade.   He is survived by his wife: Rosalee Baade of the home,                                  Children: Mary Lou Jennings and husband Johnny,                                                  Alfred C. Baade Jr.,                                                    Alice Rose Baade,                                                 Holly Baade Budrich,                                                   Paul H. Baade and wife Diane,                                     11 Grandchildren,                                       25 Great-Grandchildren,                            And numerous other family members and friends.
