Anna Jean Henshall

Anna Jean Henshall, 76, of Meeker, OK, passed away Thursday, August 17, 2017 at her home.Services will be 10:00 a.m. Monday, August 21, 2017 at Walker Funeral Service Chapel with Rev. Larry Sparks officiating.  Burial will follow in   New Hope Cemetery, Meeker, OK.  Family will be a t funeral home on Sunday evening from 5:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. for visitation.Anna was born October 6, 1940 in Cooke County, TX to Ralph Leon and Rosa Lee (Sullivan) Gilliland.  On November 5, 1960 she married Troy W. Henshall.  Anna was the secretary to the District Attorney, and the highlight of her life was raising her babies and almost 100 foster babies.She was preceded in death by her husband, Troy Henshall, her parents, Ralph & Rosa Gilliland, and a brother, Gary Gilliland.She is survived by 3 Daughters & 1 Son-in-Law: Cathy Lindsay of the home, Christie Henshall of Moore, OK, and Cassidy & Jason Thompson of Shawnee; 2 Sons: Jerry Crisp of Chandler, and David Henshall and fiancé Melissa Cox of Meeker; 12 Grandbabies, 29 Great-Grandbabies and 2 Great-Great Grandbabies.
