Betty Jean Horbach

Betty Jean Horbach was born on December 9, 1927 in Shawnee, Oklahoma to Ben and Rena Nelson. She passed away on September 19, 2017. She had a large and loving family who adored her zest for life and adventurous spirit. She was a loving Mother, Aunt, and Grandmother. She died the way she lived, as a fighter to the end. She was loved by so many people because she loved them all unconditionally. She will be dearly missed. She is survived by her children, Lisbeth Moudy and husband Jerry, Ramona Keith and husband Steve, Helen Dowling and husband Tom, and Richard Horbach and wife Tracy; grandchildren, Chris and Jaime, Dustin and Lauren, Laura, Joshua, Ryan, Joe, Elizabeth, Teale, and Joey, Tess, Tehya, Amanda, and David; great grandchildren, Bennett, Hudson, Mary, Joshua, and Gage; bonus grandchildren, Andrew and Alex, Matthew and Kendahl; and bonus great grandchildren, Charlotte, Jude, and Eli; as well as many dear friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, William Richard Horbach and a daughter, Cynthia Mooty. Services will be 1:00 p.m. Saturday, September 23 at Walker Funeral Chapel with Ken Waugh officiating.  Burial will follow in Fairview Cemetery.
