Bill Pemberton, age 91 of Shawnee died Saturday, April 17, 2021 at a local nursing center. Private services will be held. Bill was born May 28 1929 in Wichita Falls Texas to Gertie William and Lucy Ella (Herring) Pemberton. He attended schools and Graduated from Burkburnett, Texas. He was an Engineer for Skelly Oil for 37 years. He married Louise Walkup on August 10, 1950. He had lived most of his life in Duncan, Oklahoma and lived in Shawnee the past 8 years. He had been a longtime member of the Church of God. He is preceded in death by his parent, wife and 9 brother and sisters. He is survived by 3 Children: Gerald and Teresa Pemberton of Hawkins, Texas; Carla and David Robinson of Port St. Lucie, Florida; and Lisa and the late Dan Moody of Shawnee. Grandchildren: Angie Andrews, Betsy Orr, Lacey Pemberton, Ben Pemberton, Dale Robinson, Sean Robinson, Brad Moody, and Blake Moody. Great Grandchildren: Jordan, Carter, Tripp, Jaycee, Brody, Braxton, Jakson, Cameron, Peyton, Parker, Macie Mae and Brax. Great Great Grandchild Ainslee. One Brother: Don & Judy Pemberton of California.
