Billy Don Ramsey

Billy Don Ramsey, 70, of Oklahoma City, OK, died Tuesday, September 5, 2017 in a Muskogee hospital.Graveside services will be 10:00 a.m. Friday, September 8, 2017 at Dale Cemetery with Dewayne Thomas officiating.  In lieu of flowers, the family requests donation be made to Disabled American Veterans.Billy Don was born February 9, 1947 in Shawnee, Oklahoma to Charlie & Lillie (Moore) Ramsey.  He graduated from Dale High School, and the University of Central Oklahoma.  He served in the US Navy for 3 years, including two tours in Vietnam, and was a member of the Disabled American Veterans.  He worked as a Program Manager at TAFB, retiring in 2002 after 34 years of federal service. Billy was preceded in death by his parents, Charlie & Lillie Ramsey of Dale, and a brother, Bobby Ramsey of Shawnee.
