Billy Gene Stubbs

Shawnee resident Billy Gene Stubbs, 74, passed away Thursday, September 15, 2022 at his home. No memorial services are planned at this time. Billy was born November 22, 1947 in Shawnee, OK to Charles and Margaret (Paris) Stubbs. He served in the United States Marine Corp. and later retired from Tinker Air Force Base where he was an equipment operator. Among his hobbies, he loved golfing the most. He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife: Beverly, 2 sisters: Connie Woods and Joyce Shaw. Surviving is his daughter: Michelle Osborn, 2 grandsons, a brother Charles Stubbs, and 2 brother-in-laws: Ron Woods and Ralph Shaw, 2 step children: Brian and Jeff Finley, 3 step grandchildren: Piper, Tate, and Taylor
