Brandon Eriek Norman was born June 20th 1979 in Mt. Vernon Washington.
Brandon was an Artist – “I am driven by a single goal to make the world a better place for all”. He was a member of the Sac and Fox Nation and grew up in the Pacific Northwest, attending Curtis Senior High School in Tacoma, WA. He later moved to Austin, Texas where he attended College and pursued his studies in Art and Graphic Design. He was a member of Creative Arts at Austin Community College and developed his love of Hip Hop and Underground music.
After relocating to Shawnee, Oklahoma Brandon finished his Degree in Graphic Arts at Rose State College and began working as a freelance Graphic Artist. He continued his love of music under the name “Boundlis” by creating several online rooms were people could come share in his love of hip hop and join in a community atmosphere of like-minded artists.
Brandon was a diverse, happy, kind, creative soul who loved comics, fantasy, and the creation of Art and Music. His passion being his comics, Brandon authored and published “Bee Boy” issues 1 and 2 and was currently in the process of making a 3rd edition to his original creation. His distinct laugh could be recognized by all who knew him.
Brandon is survived by his Mother Kay Rhoads of Meeker, OK, father Robert Norman of Santa Clara, CA., sister Mingh and Clarence Whitfield and their children Kennedy and Christian of Morton, PA., sister Krishna Bear and Joseph Mack of Shawnee OK, brother Ravi and Amanda Norman and their children Sydney, Richard, Sayah of Minnetonka, MI, brother Jason Keller of Oklahoma City OK, brother Shaun Norman of San Francisco, CA, and niece Sydney and Brandon Breezawitz and their children Gweneth and Marylin of Shawnee, OK, former wife Nancy Hook of Tuttle, OK, his Bacardi Clan of University Place, WA and multiple and extended aunts, uncles and cousins and loved ones.
Services will be held at Walker Funeral Service in Shawnee, OK on August 21st 2020 at 2 pm with a reception dinner to follow for all friends and family at Horseshoe Bend Community Center, 46309 Garretts Lake Rd., Shawnee, OK 74804.
The family encourages everyone to join and please feel free to come and share your stories and memories of Brandon.
