Shawnee resident Clifford Blanchard, 68, passed away Saturday, May 1, 2021 in Shawnee, OK. Wake services will be Wednesday Evening at the Sac and Fox Community Building in Stroud, OK. Burial will be Thursday Morning at the Sac and Fox Cemetery in Stroud, OK under the direction of Walker Funeral Service. Clifford was born March 7, 1953 in Shawnee, Oklahoma to Clifton Gene Blanchard and Freda Marie (Grant) Blanchard. He attended school in Noble and later served in the United States Army, 82nd Airborne, and National Guard for 12 years. Clifford worked much of his life as a mechanic and his hobbies included hunting, fishing, reading, and fixing anything that needed fixed. He was preceded in death by his parents, grandchildren: Ethan, Stephen, Daniel, Emily, and Ashley, brother: Rick Neal, and sisters: Gloria June and Carol Bernice. Survivors include 2 daughters: Stephanie Tofpi of Shawnee, Ladonna of Tulsa, 5 sons: Clifford Blanchard, Jr, Norman Blanchard, Ryan Blanchard, Jerry Blanchard, David Blanchard, Numerous grandchildren, 3 brothers: Alden Blanchard, Eddie Blanchard and wife Lucinda, Larry Blanchard and wife Lisa, 1 sister: Juliet Torres, And several nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
