Cindy Garner

Cynthia Kay "Cindy" Garner, age 57, passed away Friday, July 14, 2023 in Shawnee, Oklahoma.  Cindy was born on August 9, 1965 in Shawnee, Oklahoma to Glen E. Jackson and Lila Marie (Stadt) Jackson.  She was raised in Shawnee, graduating from Dale High School.  After high school, she briefly attended Rose State College before landing a job as a flight attendant with TWA airlines.  Later, she worked as a ticket counter agent for Southwest Airlines.  

Survivors include her husband Jerry Don Garner, son Mark Garner, granddaughter Hannah Garner and brother Mike Jackson.  She was preceded in death by her parents.

Cindy's life will be celebrated from 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm on Saturday, July 29, 2023, at The Grand Casino Hotel & Resort in the Grand Ballroom, 77 Grand Casino Blvd, Shawnee, OK 74804

Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Walker Funeral & Cremation Service.
