Dean Denney

Carol Dean Denney, 83 of Shawnee died Monday, October 22, 2018 at his home.Services will be 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, October 24 at Garden Grove Missionary Baptist Church with Charlie Clem and Jason Denney officiating. Burial will follow in Garden Grove Cemetery, under the direction of Walker Funeral Service.Dean was born April 8, 1935 in Prague, OK to Verley & Carolyn (Hill) Denney. He attended Centerview High School. On June 17, 1956 he married Pat Clemence at Garden Grove. Dean was a farmer and a truck driver. He loved to work, horses, playing golf and spending time with family, especially his grandkids.He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother, L.S., a sister-in-law, Nila, and 2 great-granddaughters, Grace & Mercy.He is survived by his wife, Pat (Clemence) Denney of the homeDaughter & Son-in-Law: Tracy & Jack Smith2 Sons & Daughters-in-Law: Rusty & Susie Denney, and Mike & Leah Denney8 Grandchildren, 22 Great-Grandchildren, and 2 Great-Great GrandchildrenAnd numerous nieces and nephews
