Delbert Alan Kinslow

Shawnee resident Del Kinslow, 71, passed away Monday, September 30, 2024 in Shawnee, OK.

 Memorial Services will be 2:00 P.M. Monday, October 7, 2024 at Walker Funeral Chapel.

 Del was born April 9, 1953 in Taft, CA to Kenneth Kinslow Sr. and Peggy (Teeter) Kinslow. He graduated from Paul’s Valley High School and joined the United States Air Force. He served in the Philippines and was stationed at Pope Air Force Base in North Carolina where he met his wife. Del married Peggy (Whitaker) on December 20, 1975. Together they lived in Salt Lake City, UT and Las Vegas, NV while Del worked as a sales rep. for Pennzoil Motor Oil. They moved to Shawnee in 1996 where they opened and operated Quality Lube and Care Wash. Del enjoyed traveling, football, and NASCAR

 He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Rick Kinslow.

 Survivors include his wife Peggy Kinslow of the home, a daughter: Deidre Kinslow of Shawnee, a granddaughter: Addison Del Kinslow of Shawnee, a brother: Kenneth Kinslow Jr and wife Marian, a sister: Lisa Scoggins and husband Joe of Chickasha, his dog Duke, and several nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.
