Donna Darlene (Carper) Dyke, resident of Tecumseh, OK, passed away on Monday, January 23, 2023. She was 58 years old. Donna was born on October 10, 1964, in Oklahoma City to her parents, Linda Carper Herrell and Donald LeRoy Carper. She worked as a site manager for 29 years at Tecumseh Senior Center Project Heart where she loved and cared for the elders of the community like they were family. Donna was a natural caregiver with a loving heart that extended beyond any imaginable boundary. 

Donna was preceded in death by her father, Donald Carper, father-in-law, John Dyke, and brother, John Carper. 

Those left to cherish her memory and mourn her passing are her husband of 27 years, Floyd Dyke of Tecumseh, mother and stepdad, Linda and Danny Herrell of Tecumseh, sister, Diane Sanchez and husband Manny of Tecumseh, brother, James Darren Carper and wife Cheryl of Tecumseh, son, James Don Carper and wife Brittany of Shawnee, son, Brandon Dyke of Tecumseh, daughter, Tabitha Carter and husband Marquise of Atlanta, GA, adopted son, Cody Kusler of Tecumseh, grandkids, Katelyn Carper, Jailyn Carper, James Carper, Jr., Mia Green, Eli Carter, and Ares Carter, as well as a host of extended family and friends. 

A memorial ceremony for Donna will be held on Friday, January 27, 2023 at 3:00 pm at the Senior Center Project Heart, 710 N. 6th Street, Tecumseh, OK.
