Shawnee resident Emma L. Harris, 72, passed away Friday, August 18, 2017 at a local nursing home. Services will be 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, August 22, 2017 at the First Church of the Nazarene with Rev. Johnnie Stephens officiating. Burial will follow in Marlow Cemetery at 3:00 p.m.Emma was born August 10, 1945 in Marlow, Oklahoma to Claude & Tommie (Homer) Worthley. She graduated from Marlow High School. She lived in Shawnee most of her life, and was an avid Thunder fan and OU sports. She was a member of the First Church of the Nazarene. Preceded in death by: her parents and 1 sister: Linda Faye Smith Survived by Her children: Michelle & Shawn Wilson of Cordell, and Darren Harris & Angela Cook of Davenport; 3 Brothers & Sisters-in-Law: Jack & Beverly Worthley, Jimmy & LuAnn Worthley, all of Marlow, and Billy & Susan Worthley of Shawnee; 1 Sister: Ruby Young of Marlow, and her Grandchildren: Pearl and April Holmes and Kandice Wilson, both of Cordell, Jacob Harris and Matthew Harris, both of Shawnee
