Evangeline Darci Palacios

Evangeline Darci Palacios, 38, of Choctaw, passed away Sunday, November 25, 2018 in Midwest City.Darci, the daughter of Carl Payne and Debra (Stephens) Klaus, was born on March 13, 1980 in Tulsa. She graduated from Tulsa Central High School with the class of 1998. Darci had a gift to make everyone around her feel special, endearing her to people almost immediately. She loved going to the lake, particularly to Lake Murray; she was a fan of OU football, and had a soft spot in her heart for animals.
