Shawnee resident Jeanlene Masquas, 61, passed away Thursday, November 26, 2020 in Shawnee.
Wake services will be 7:00 P.M. Sunday at Horseshoe Bend.
Burial will be 10:00 A.M. Monday, November 30, 2020 at Johnson Cemetery.
Jeanlene was born November 20, 1959 in Shawnee, Oklahoma to William Lee Wilson and Phyllis Margaret (Brown) Wilson. She attended school in Earlsboro. She married Marcellus Masquas on November 7, 1976. She worked for many years as a seamstress at Roundhouse. Jeanlene enjoyed sewing, camping, cooking, socializing, laughing, and being a grandma and great-grandma. She was preceded in death by her parents, 1 sister: Delores Wilson Soap, 4 brothers: Willie, Roger, Samuel, and Cecil Wilson.
Survivors include her husband: Marcellus “Mark” Masquas, Jr. of the home, 2 Sons: Joshiah Masquas and Sandy of Shawnee, and Phillip Masquas of Shawnee; 10 Grandchildren, and 1 great-grandson. 4 brothers: A.C. Wilson of Cushing, Eugene Wilson of Shawnee, Aaron Wilson of Shawnee, and Ted Brown of Shawnee; 1 sister: Katherine Wilson of Shawnee; in-laws: Jerry Haney of OKC, Mike Masquas of Shawnee, Paul Wahpekeche of Shawnee, and Pamela Johnson of Earlsboro; and several nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
