Jeffery Allen Fry, resident of Shawnee, Oklahoma, passed away on Wednesday, July 28, 2021. He was 54 years old. A memorial ceremony for Jeff will be held at Trinity Baptist Church, 1315 N. McKinley in Shawnee, on Thursday, August 5, 2021 at 2:00 pm. 

 

Jeff was born on June 12, 1967 in Danville, Illinois to Stephen and Hazel Fry. They moved to Oklahoma in July of 1978. He attended and graduated in 1986 from Sequoyah High School in Claremore, Oklahoma. He attended the Northeast area Vo-Tech school and graduated from the auto body program. Later, he became a machinist and worked at Tinker AFB until his death.

 

He is survived by his wife, Mary Fry, his daughter, Chelsea Fry of Shawnee, mother, Hazel Souders Fry of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, sister, Lisa Abbott and husband Adrian of Catoosa, Oklahoma, niece, Lacy Hutchinson and husband Phil of Catoosa, Oklahoma, niece, Autumn Tramel of Catoosa, Oklahoma and by many aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Stephen Michael Fry.
