Koleta Karen Tucker

Bethel Acres resident Koleta Karen Tucker, 72, passed away Wednesday, February 12, 2020 in Midwest City, Oklahoma.

Funeral services will be 2:00 P.M. Monday, February 17, 2020 at Walker Funeral Service Chapel with Larry Townsend officiating. Burial will follow at Dale Cemetery.

Koleta was born February 21, 1947 in McLoud, Oklahoma to Roy Baldwin and Koleta Joyce (Keener) Baldwin. She attended school in Bethel. On October 22, 1963, she married Wesley Tucker in Shawnee, OK.  She spent much of her life as a housewife and homemaker but also worked as a beautician.  She enjoyed camping, fishing, tending to her flowers, but most of all spending time with her grandchildren and family.

She is preceded in death by her parents and 1 brother: Gary Lyn Baldwin.

Survivors include her Husband: Wesley W. Tucker of the home, 2 children: Koleta Yvonne Tucker and Patrick Stanfill of Cookson, OK, Wesley L. Tucker and Ronda Shelton of Bethel Acres, 6 grandchildren: James May, George Helmstetler and Kristen Taylor, Morgan Tucker and Cherrish Fletcher, Jesika and Hunter Johnson, Ashley and Logan Azlin, Colton Tucker, several great-grandchildren, 1 sister: Belinda and Donald Stapp of Bethel Acres, and several nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
