Linda Hill

Dale resident Linda Hill, 66, passed away Wednesday, September 5, 2018 surrounded by her loving family.The family will receive friends at Walker Funeral Service on Sunday, Sept. 9, 2018 from 2pm to 4pm. Funeral services will be 2:00pm Monday, Sept. 10, 2018 at Walker Funeral Service Chapel with Rev. Doug Parker officiating. Burial will follow at Dale Cemetery.Linda was born November 28, 1951 at ACH Hospital in Shawnee to Ralph and Cornelia (Holt) Hill. She graduated from Dale High School in 1971. Linda enjoyed volunteering at the Dale schools where she was affectionately known as “Ms. Linda”, and she also enjoyed being in the Foster Grandparent Program. She was preceded in death by her parents, brother: Vernon Hill, grandparents: E.N. and Emma (Rosson) Holt, and Richard and Minnie Flossie (Kirkland) Hill and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.She is survived by her sister: Elaine Patterson,Nieces: Toni Pruitt and Mike (her favorite fella),Robin Jenkins and Mickey,Sunny Mitchell and Lyndell Bryce,Michelle Lanham and John,Nephew: Dax Hill and Shannon,Great nephews: Dakota Hill, Coltin, Adian, Cooper, and Zander Jenkins, Justin and Nebrada Pruitt, and Garrison Lanham,Great-Nieces: Courtney Meyers, and Rachel Zais,Aunt: Margret Seibring,Uncles: Charles Ford and Calvin Holt,Her sister of the heart: Nola Howard and family,Numerous cousins, her school family, and a host of friends.
