Maria McCabe, 78, of Shawnee, was born March 3, 1939, to Amelia and Henry Santiago.She was a loving mother and grandmother, a top bingo player, and a lover of music.She worked hospitality at Vans in Shawnee.Survivors include five children and their spouses: Florence & Larry Tidwell, Francis A. Sample, Fred A. & Tammy Martinez, Frank A. & Adriane Martinez, and Francisco A. Martinez; grandchildren and their spouses: Michael & Jenna McLaughlin, Mat McLaughlin, Zach Sample, Angel Marie Sample, Kenny Sample, Steven Sample, Jamey Sample, Devin Long, Shararay Long, Kemis Hancock, Nicholas Long, Alexis White, Fred Martinez, Thomas Martinez, Juan Carlos Martinez, and Patricia Martinez; and great grandchildren: Duncan Sample (Zach), Conner, Jada Henson (Angel), Maria Lileigh McLaughlin (Michael and Jenna), Christian, Isreal, Madison Hancock (Kemis), Paityn White (Alex), Timber Long (Nicholas), Lilly, Shakira Long (Devon); and brother: Henry Santiago.Services will be 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, April 12, 2017 at Walker Funeral Chapel with Rick McQueen and Mark Guinn officiating.  Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery.
