Mark Thomas Larch-Miller

Shawnee resident Mark Thomas Larch-Miller, 71, passed away Tuesday, July 18, 2023 in Shawnee, OK.

Mark was born July 20, 1951 in Shawnee, Oklahoma to Burke and Gertrue Larch-Miller. He graduated from Shawnee High School and worked various jobs locally.  He spent over 31 years at Tinker Air Force Base where he retired in 2018. He also served on the Shawnee Traffic Board.

Mark was a member of the Elk’s in Shawnee where he enjoyed golfing.  He also enjoyed traveling, spending time at the lake, skiing, cars, and handing out candy at Halloween.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Survivors include his two sisters, Cheryl Hudson and husband William of Midwest City, OK and Linda Garwood and husband William of Albuquerque, NM; a nephew, Wesley Hudson and wife Aston of Edmond; and great-niece, Hanna; a niece in which he had a special bond, Shelby Wilson and husband Toby of Ada; great-nephews, Gunner Lane and Jagger Wilson; aunt and uncle, George and Joan Larch-Miller; and nephew, Mike Larch-Miller and wife Helen of San Diego, CA.
