Mary Ellen Newgent, aged 70, passed away on August 8, 2024. She was born on October 1, 1953, in Bentonville, Arkansas. Mary’s gentle soul departed our world, leaving behind cherished memories.

Mary will be fondly remembered for her infectious smile. She had a heart full of compassion and a spirit that touched the lives of all who had the privilege of knowing her. Mary found joy in the simple pleasures of life and had a deep love for her feline friends. Her passion for coloring and indulging in the magic of "Beauty and the Beast" brought her immense delight. She had a particular fondness for outings to enjoy a delicious slice of pie, savoring each moment of togetherness.

A memorial service to honor and celebrate Mary's life will be held on August 21, 2024, at 11:00 am at Walker Funeral Chapel.
