Opal Louise Tucker

Opal Louise Tucker, Shawnee resident, passed away Wednesday, December 14, 2022. Opal was born November 19, 1948 to Vestal and Bertha Kessinger. She was a factory worker at TDK Corp and worked at various nursing homes. Preceded in death by: parents Vestal & Bertha Kessinger, brothers Danny Kessinger and Troy Kessinger, sisters Vesta Saxton, Mary Kay Colon, Leona Cearley, and Linda Lee. Survivors: daughters April and husband Keith Maylan of Meeker, OK, Sabrina and husband K.D. Davenport of Paden, OK, Darla and husband Melvin Howell of Choctaw, OK, Mallissa and husband Joel Parsons of Seminole, OK, and sons Robbie and wife Mary Nickles of Seamount, Maine, Greg Kuhlman of Shawnee, OK, and fifteen grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren who held such a dear place in her heart. Graveside service will be at Johnson Cemetery, Shawnee, OK, 2:00 p.m., Saturday, December 17th. Pall Bearers are Keith Maylan, Mark Robbins, Trace Washburn, Travis Kuhlman, Joel Parsons, Dakota Maylan, Brayden Parsons, and Logan Woody. Honorary Bearers are Johnathan Tucker, Korban Woody, Brandon Trout, Melvin Howell, Derek Woody, Matthew Wyrick, and Landon Tucker.
