Otis “Toby” Blaylock, 79, of Shawnee died November 18, 2020 at his home. ***NOTE*** Memorial services have been changed to 3:00P.M. Wednesday, December 16, 2020 at First Baptist Church with Rev. Charles Kimble officiating. Masks and social distancing are required. Toby was born August 4, 1941 in Bigelow, Arkansas to Otis Henry & Wilma Lea (Brown) Blaylock. He graduated from Lawton High School and attended Cameron University in Lawton. Toby worked as an All State Insurance agent until his death. He was very active in Kiwanis, Little Olympics, the First Baptist Church of Shawnee, Youth Rodeo, and the Salvation Army. He enjoyed playing golf with his son Darrin and grandson Brandon, and spending time with Betty’s family, especially his “two blondes”.
He was preceded in death by a son, Troy Blaylock, his parents, and his former wife, Pat Kusar.
He is survived by his son Darrin Blaylock and wife Margie of Okla. City; granddaughter Hailey Black and husband Garrett of Shawnee; grandsons Brandon and Carson Blaylock of Shawnee; Betty Langston of the home; a sister Constance Evans and husband Ron of Cypress, TX; and brother Terry Blaylock and wife Mary of Hot Springs, AR.
