Toni Ruth Woodard

Toni Woodard, resident of Shawnee, OK passed away on Saturday, June 18, 2022. She was 73 years old.

Toni was born on July 25, 1948, in Elk City, OK to her parents, Edward and Edna Jobe. She graduated from Elk City High School. Toni continued her studies at the University of Oklahoma earning her Doctorate Degree. She was a professor at East Central University in Ada, Oklahoma. She also enjoyed collecting pig figurines.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Don Abla, husband, Vernon Woodard, and son, Richard Abla.

She is survived by her daughter, Shannon Seaba, grandsons, Samuel Lane, Nick Abla, Ricky Abla, and Dustin Abla, granddaughter, Ashley Santos, brother, Ted Jobe, as well as numerous great-grandchildren.

Toni was a wonderful grandmother and will be deeply missed by those who knew and loved her.

She will be laid to rest during a private ceremony at Fairlawn Cemetery in Elk City, OK.
