Velma D. Cosar

Velma D. Cosar, resident of Harrah, passed away on Thursday, August 26, 2021 in Harrah, Oklahoma. She was 81 years old. Velma was born on July 16, 1940 to her parents, Floyd and Minnie Watts in Paden, Oklahoma. Velma was preceded in death by her sisters, Dorothy and Willie Pearl, her husband, Galvos Cosar, and her daughters, Sandra and Janet. Survivors include her brothers, Keith, Sheridan, Charles and Carson, sisters, Delores and Patricia, son, Richard, daughter, Vivian, as well as 11 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. A public viewing for Velma will be held at Walker Funeral & Cremation Service on Saturday, August 28, 2021 from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm with family available to greet friends from 12-2pm. There will not be a funeral or a graveside ceremony.
